Chris Turner has been living and working in Fredericton for over 15 years. He lives in historic Marysville, a beautiful area in the Northside of Fredericton, and has been selling real estate in the Fredericton, Oromocto, and surrounding areas since 2011. 

Chris has proven time and time again his dedication to achieving a fantastic real estate experience whether you're buying or selling. Having a background in finance--specifically mortgages, property investments and management, and attaining connections in all aspects of the real estate industry--will make for a smooth transition into your next home; moreover, Chris' uplifting sense of humor will have you laughing the whole time. In Chris' time in real estate, he has managed to acquire a great following of loyal clients who testify to the level of service he offers and his solid work ethic.

What Chris considers his greatest accomplishment, however, is his family: his wife Sandra and their sons Kaleb and Jacob. Chris grew up in Saint John and spent four and a half years in St. John's, Nfld. before returning to plant roots in Fredericton. Regularly volunteering with different charities and organizations throughout the city, Chris is very active in the local community; coming from a humble beginning, Chris understands hard work and the importance of giving back to those who need a helping hand.

Chris is a no-nonsense trainer who teaches real estate the way it is. My name is Bailey Lockard and I was born and raised in Rusagonis, NB.  Having grown up in the Fredericton area, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers find the home and neighborhood that best suits their needs.

 I am licensed in Real Estate with EXIT Realty Advantage, I went to college at NBCC Woodstock for welding and metal fabrication, I moved to Alberta for two years before the pandemic brought me back to the east coast, but I wouldn't change a thing! I love welding but I have a passion for meeting new people, building relationships and serving clients in a more direct fashion.
